A step-by-step model showing how a song moves from an AI-generated demo to contest success to full commercial revenue.
Super Jingle's foundational business model is built around United States Copyright Law. With the rise of AI-generated music, Super Jingle provides a pathway for human creators to add copyrightable human authorship and document applicable rights.
"Conversion" = a process for adding and documenting human-authored contributions, production, performance, arrangement, and rights information. Conversion does not guarantee copyright protection, registration, commercial approval, or royalty participation.

How a new Affiliate/Creator enters the system, builds an AI song, earns traction, and reaches the contest stage where $100,000 is held in escrow.
A Premium Affiliate signs up a new Premium Affiliate/Creator into the Super Jingle network. The new creator is connected through a Tier 1 Affiliate and a Tier 2 Affiliate.
The creator writes lyrics and uses an AI song creation platform to generate a fully completed demo song. The creator refines the song until it is ready.
The creator logs into Super Jingle, goes to /creator-office, fills out the required information, uploads the audio file, and submits the song for review.
After initial submission approval, Super Jingle may invite the creator to complete the $20 Song Rights Intake. Payment supports rights-information submission, documentation, and administrative review; it does not guarantee Record Pool admission, distribution, copyright registration, economic entitlement, or payout readiness.
If the song completes the applicable rights, approval, and activation requirements, it may become eligible for playback within approved Super Jingle radio or playlist environments. Recorded activity remains subject to reconciliation, authority, entitlement, and payout-readiness controls.
In this hypothetical example, the song gains sufficient traction, receives contest approval, and reaches $100,000 in reconciled contest-phase advertising revenue held under the applicable contest and escrow terms. Viral reach, approval, revenue, and timing are not guaranteed.
Total Escrow Revenue
Step 1 — Affiliate Obligations (Off Reconciled Advertising Revenue First)
For each eligible attributed T1 or T2 affiliate: active Pro = 5%; active Premium = 10%; unresolved attribution fails closed; nonactive status receives zero.
Illustrative formula: $100,000 minus the resolved affiliate obligations equals the remaining contest-phase amount. Advertiser deposits are not earned revenue and do not create commissions.
Step 2 — Contest Treatment (of the remaining amount)
Winning Artist
50% of the remaining amount
System Hold
50% of the remaining amount
What may the system hold support?
Contest winnings and pre-conversion revenue are not subject to recoupment.
This is where most systems stop. Super Jingle continues.
In this illustrative phase, an approved song may proceed into documented human production, rights review, and authorized commercial activity. Contest performance does not prove future demand, asset value, revenue, or copyright status.
A winning artist may enter an applicable written production or label agreement. Subject to approval and documented authority, producers, musicians, arrangers, and other contributors may be engaged to create a professionally produced version.
The original creator may enter an applicable publishing arrangement. Rights, participation, and commercial roles must be documented and approved for the human-authored contributions and resulting recording.
The song may be re-produced with documented human-authored contributions and creative changes. Copyright eligibility and registration depend on the facts and the U.S. Copyright Office; commercial viability is not guaranteed.
The next $100,000 demonstrates how the approved economic model would apply if the converted song later earns that amount in eligible reconciled advertising revenue. It is an illustration, not a forecast or guarantee.
Illustrative Reconciled Advertising Revenue
Step 1 — Affiliate Obligations (Off Reconciled Revenue First)
Applicable affiliate obligations come off reconciled advertising revenue first, for each eligible attributed affiliate:
Advertiser wallet deposits are not earned advertising revenue and do not create affiliate commissions. The operational advertising wallet is not an Affiliate App wallet.
Step 2 — Post-Affiliate Distribution (of the remaining amount)
These percentages describe the post-affiliate amount, not the original gross amount.
Step 3 — Inside the Creative Pool
The Creative Pool is divided equally among one eligible participating show host and every unique eligible song actually played.
Per Song — No Investor (illustrative single-song example)
Each song's allocation is divided 50% PA and 50% SR. Each half is divided equally among four contractual economic categories — Artist, Publishing PA, Production, and Musicianship — so each category receives 12.5% from PA + 12.5% from SR = 25% of the song's allocation.
Artist
25% of song allocation
12.5% PA + 12.5% SR
Publishing PA
25% of song allocation
12.5% PA + 12.5% SR
Production
25% of song allocation
12.5% PA + 12.5% SR
Musicianship
25% of song allocation
12.5% PA + 12.5% SR
Clarity: The 25% per category applies only inside a song's allocation — not total gross revenue.
Artist, Publishing PA, Production, and Musicianship are Super Jingle contractual economic categories. They do not independently create or prove PA or SR copyright ownership, recipient identity, contributor approval, contractual entitlement, or payout readiness — those depend on approved authority and evidence.
This second $100,000 represents the ongoing commercial lifecycle of the song after conversion.
Now the business begins.
The recoupment process begins only after the song has been converted and capital has been deployed for commercial release.
Song With Approved Investor / Business-Label Interest
PA side: remains divided equally among Artist, Publishing PA, Production, and Musicianship. No investor deduction comes from PA.
SR side: the investor / business label receives 50% of the SR half as regular continuing ROI — equal to 25% of the complete song allocation. The remaining SR amount is divided equally among Artist, Publishing PA, Production, and Musicianship (each 6.25% of the song allocation before any active recoupment).
The investor's regular SR participation is continuing ROI and does not reduce the recoverable principal.

Active Recoupment Flow
Active recoupment comes only from the Artist and Production portions on the SR side. Those two SR portions are combined:
The additional recoupment payment is capped at the approved outstanding principal balance. Only this additional recoupment payment reduces principal — the investor's regular SR ROI does not.
Artist + Production SR portions
combined
Additional Recoupment
75% to investor / label
Retained for Artist + Production
25% split equally
After the approved principal is fully recouped, the additional deduction stops; Artist and Production resume their complete normal SR portions; the investor's regular SR participation continues under the applicable agreement.
Protected from recoupment:
Approved Recoverable Principal:
Only expenditures authorized as recoverable by an applicable written agreement, supported by approved evidence, and recorded in the authoritative outstanding-principal balance are subject to additional recoupment.
After Full Recoupment:
Recoupment applies only after conversion and capital deployment. Contest winnings and pre-conversion revenue are not subject to recoupment.
The approved model defines how eligible reconciled advertising revenue is attributed and allocated. Deposits, reserves, escrowed funds, and unreconciled amounts are not automatically distributable:
This describes an economic framework; it does not guarantee revenue, recoupment, return, copyright status, entitlement, or payout readiness.
Documented Authority
Investor participation requires an applicable written agreement and approved recorded authority.
Limited Recoupment
Additional recoupment is limited to Artist and Production SR portions and cannot reach protected allocations.
No Guarantee
Revenue, demand, recoupment, returns, and payout timing are not guaranteed.
Contest results, tracking, controlled distribution, and recoupment terms provide information and structure; they do not eliminate commercial risk or prove future demand.
The model treats each eligible song as an economic accounting unit. Potential scale may come from:

"This is not a single-hit model. This is a scalable music economy."
This system scales beyond independent creators.
Super Jingle is not limited to independent creators. Labels and investors can also participate — but must operate within the Super Jingle ecosystem.
An independent or major label (or investor) decides to enter the Super Jingle Music Industry. They already have an artist signed and a song — AI-generated or traditional.
The label uploads the song into the Super Jingle system. They may choose to enter the contest process, but it is not required.
Regardless of internal contracts, the label or investor must operate within Super Jingle ecosystem rules including affiliate attribution, revenue distribution structure, and platform-based accounting.
The label or investor allocates a $500,000 budget for production, marketing, and advertising.
The Super Jingle system governs how revenue flows. Artist share and Investor/Label share are structured and tracked within the platform.
Each contributor must satisfy the eligibility, rights, approval, and agreement requirements applicable to that role. Affiliate or Marketplace participation is required only where separately governed.
Eligible reconciled advertising revenue is intended to follow the approved attribution and allocation rules. Actual entitlement and payout remain subject to completed implementation, reconciliation, authority, and payout-readiness controls.
Super Jingle does not replace labels or investors. It restructures how they operate by:
