Advertiser Terms

1. Advertiser Eligibility

Any business or individual may apply to advertise on Super Jingle Radio. Advertisers must complete platform membership before activating an advertiser account. Platform membership and advertiser activation are distinct steps.

2. Billing Model

• $0.10 per listener per verified ad play.
• Campaigns are pre-funded via a wallet system. You control your spend limit.
• Billing is based on verified listener sessions only — no estimated ratings, no guesswork.
• Unused wallet funds are not automatically refunded; contact support for exceptions.

3. Ad Content Standards

• All ads must be approved before going live.
• Custom creative production is available at an additional fee.
• Super Jingle reserves the right to reject content that violates community standards or applicable law.

4. Affiliate Attribution

If you joined through an affiliate landing page, the referring affiliate code is attached to your advertiser account from the moment of signup. This attribution affects commission tracking and is preserved through the billing lifecycle.

5. Campaign Management

Advertisers manage campaigns through the Super Jingle Advertiser Office. Real-time billing and listener metrics are available in-dashboard. Campaigns may be paused or stopped at any time; charges cease when the wallet reaches zero or the campaign is paused.

6. Termination

Super Jingle reserves the right to suspend or terminate advertiser accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or platform policy violations. Wallet balances at time of termination are subject to review.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the advertising platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
